Marketing Executive
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join our busy marketing team based in central Exeter. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a range of marketing skills including, digital and offline marketing, excellent copywriting skills and experience using social media and email marketing for business. The candidate will need to be able to work independently and manage their own workload, as well as part of a team. We are able to offer a friendly, supportive working environment with core office hours of 9am - 5pm.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring, engaging and updating social media accounts
- Writing engaging copy for websites, social media, blogs, websites and print
- Account management via email and telephone with clients
- Creating marketing plans and reports
- Supporting team on a variety of marketing related tasks
- Designing attractive visual assets
Person requirements:
- Highly organised
- Great with time management and prioritising tasks
- Excellent written skills with an eye for detail
- Strong communication skills
- 2 years of previous marketing experience (in-house or agency)

Salary: £20,500-£23,500 subject to experience

Graphic/Web Designer: Part-time/Flexible
We are looking for a talented designer to join our busy web and marketing agency based in central Exeter. You will be responsible for producing a range of design concepts for both online and offline purposes. You will also be involved in branding projects, developing logos and brand guidelines for clients. The successful candidate will have experience with all aspects of graphic design as well as some knowledge of HTML and CSS.
The role will initially be based on 2-3 days per week. We are able to offer a flexible working pattern with core office hours of 9am - 5pm.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing attractive visual assets for web and print
- Working alongside other members of the team on a wide range of in-house and client projects
- Helping to build websites using Wordpress and our in-house CMS. Full training will be provided
- UI/UX design
Person requirements:
- Strong design portfolio
- Knowledge of Adobe design applications: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- HTML and CSS knowledge (some basic coding skills will be necessary)
- Any experience with Wordpress or similar CMS platforms would be beneficial
- Any experience with video or animation technologies would be beneficial
- Ability to work as part of a team
- 2 years of previous graphic design experience

This is a part-time role, with potential for growth to full-time if suitable for both parties.
Salary: £21,500 to 24,500 pro-rata. Subject to Experience
